Victoria Guest House is owned and managed by Neil and Pamela Charville. Neil is originally from Middlesbrough and settled in Penrith around 10 years ago. Pamela is a local lass whose family has lived in Penrith since 1912. Her Grandfather, Pietro Simonini came over from Italy in 1912 and was joined by his brother Adolpho in 1913 to run an ice cream business. Her family continues to live in the town. |
